My name is F. Scott and I am a quality control manager at an analytical testing lab (hence the fscottqc) but that is not who I am, that’s only what I do to earn a paycheck. I am a husband to a wonderful, beautiful, loving and caring wife and the earthly father to three precious little girls whom God has entrusted to me to bring up according to his way. I am a follower and lover of Jesus Christ as the messiah and incarnation of the one true God.
I was formerly an elder/pastor at the Basilica Community Church in the southeast Houston area. Currently, my family and I have gotten involved with The Covenant Community Church, a recent plant in Pearland, TX.
I have been a Christian since about the age of seven and should have done a lot more with my life by this time. I am living the consequences of my complacency and indifference to the gospel. However, through God’s grace and mercy, I have repented from that sin and have begun to learn more about His nature and character and am giving myself to Him more and more each day. God has wrecked my life so that now I can finally love Him and serve Him, not doing anything of myself but because of His love and compassion for His children.
